Lehigh Valley United players are offered many unique experiences in their careers with the club.  Many of our players have gotten the opportunity to play internationally, including games against some of best players in Europe or against the professional European academy teams.  Clicking on a link to the left will show you some of the highlights of our international experiences.

The LVU International ’97 Boys Team has already won their first tournament with a Championship performance at Disney over President’s Weekend.  The boys saw mixed competition in this 8v8 tournament, which included 2 very closely contested games.  The team need to beat a great team from Florida Soccer Alliance to advance out of their group and got a 2-1 victory after going down 0-1 at halftime.  In the final game against Real Madrid Miama, the 97 boys could not break past the tough defense of the Miama boys, but with 4 minutes left they got the key go ahead goal and put in another with under a minute left in the contest to win 2-0.  Congratulations boys on a huge win in preparation for Mundialito in Portugal and Gothia Cup in Sweden.
