Lehigh Valley United players are offered many unique experiences in their careers with the club. Many of our players have gotten the opportunity to play internationally, including games against some of best players in Europe or against the professional European academy teams. LVU International Competing in Portugal

Billed as the "World Cup for Boys Youth Soccer" Mundialito in Portugal brings teams from all over the world in one of the largest global youth soccer tournaments. Some of the best teams in the world compete here each year including youth clubs this year from Everton, AC Milan, FC Porto, Benfica, Stuttgart, FC America, Ajax, Real Beatis, Sporting Lisbon, Glasgow Rangers along with teams from 6 continents.

After playing AC Milan very tough, the LVU team finished with a tough loss but drew praise from Milan coaches and parents for our level off skill, game play and toughness. LVU finished as a semi-finalist with a respectable 7-3 record over 5 days and the boys bring home great memories including playing against some of the best players in Portugal, Italy, Venezuela, and Spain.

Lehigh Valley United has already put its stamp on the east coast and is now playing in tournaments across the country. Having played and won tournaments in Florida, California and Arizona, LVU continues to seek the most unique and challenging soccer experiences in the country. In 2009, our teams will be travelling to Florida, Texas, Virginia, North Carolina and with the promise of teams competing for regional titles, who knows where else soccer will take our teams this year.
