Lehigh Valley United is a fully independant 501(c)3

All donations made to the club are TAX DEDUCTABLE.

LVU relies on the hard work of many unpaid volunteers and we are always looking for ways to offset cost and try to offer some compensation for those that are working up to 40 hours a week to keep the program running.

Sponsorships are available in many forms and your contributions can be designated as you see fit.

Currently there are 17 teams in the organization and each team is allowed private sponsorships to offset the cost of playing.   Due the very high level of play, costs  (including travel, gas , uniforms, training, field usage, and equipment) can range from $2,000-4,000 per player per year.   Private donations can be a huge part of offsetting this cost to individual teams and players. 

Ways in which your money can help support teams include:

Uniforms - Probably the most attractive sponsorship allows a business to place their logo on the front of our uniforms for your marketing.  Your sponsorship can also be added to the individual teams web site.  This sponsor ship cost approximately $3,000 to start up and $1,000-2,000 per year ongoing for each sponsored team.  Due to the very high profile of some of our regional and nationally ranked teams, your logo will be seen all over eastern Pennylvania, NJ, DE, and NY.  You will also gain national exposure from our website and as our teams travel for national tournaments.

Equipment - Equipment sponsorship could include items such as training tops and bag.  This could be including as part of the a uniform sponsorship to inlcude the same logo or maybe be done as a separate sponsorship.  As a separate sponsoship, the cost would be $1,000-$2,000 per year and would provide exposure on team websites.

Club sponsorship - These sponsorships can be used to offset the cost associated with day to day management of Lehigh Valley United.  These expenses can be used for Website management, health benefits to full time employees, or salary compensation.   The amounts vary by sponsorship, but any annual contribution over $5,000 would allow your business to be linked to the main page of website as well as recognition on our sponsors page.  Partnerships and marketing can also be done with your business at our annual Lou Ramos Classic Tournament, which brings in over 2,000 families a year from all over the Northeast.

Scholarships - Individual player scholarships can be provided to allow underpriveldged player or families going through financial difficulities.  These scholarships can be provided to the general scholarship fund for use by LVU administration to distribute based on need or they can be specified for individual players.  Full scholarships are generally from $1,000-$2,000/year and partial scholarships can be used to offer assistance as well.
